Day 8- Wrenching day

Shawn Woods (son of Tom Woods), of Moab Drivetrain was there for us the whole time. He had the tools and let Joe install his pinion yoke there and fix the tail housing of his transfer case that had also been cracked. I had my creased drive shaft retubed. Earlier in the week both John and Wes had there drive shafts fixed. Shawn always had us out within an hour and hooked us up each time with the CORE discount. Brett was trying to figure out a clunking that was in his rear end. John Stowe got a used oil pan from the local 4x4 shop and put that on with Wes’ help. Also they drilled out the old centering pin in the springs and replaced it. Wes welded up his tire carrier that had cracked the day before. We also walked around town to absorb some of the local flavor. Moab is a small tourist driven community, and all of the people that we ran into were exceptionally kind.
